An overseas charity challenge can be a brilliant way to get fit, get informed about life in another country, and to have a major impact on CINI’s work to help poor women and children in India.
There are many challenges available in India which vary from trekking through the towering Himalayan mountains to the home city of the Dalai Lama to discovering the fascinating villages of rural Rajasthan. Just choose the Child In Need Institute (CINI) UK as your preferred charity when you sign up, and you will know that as well as having a fantastic time, you will be giving something back to some of India's poorest people, by helping fight child malnutrition or helping children access education.People doing charity challenges are welcome to begin or end their challenge with a visit to our projects in Kolkata.

If you work for a company that may be able to get 15 or more participants together for a challenge please email before registering with the companies listed above, as it may be possible to organise a bespoke challenge.
